Design direction, then the full design — reviewed at three fixed checkpoints. You're consulted at the moments that matter, not buried in revision rounds. Your time: 3 × 30 minutes.
Development — week 2
We build to measurable standards: fast load times, accessibility, search-ready foundations, and a CMS you can actually use. You'll see progress on a staging link the whole way. Your time: none required.
Launch — week 2–3
Managed migration, zero-downtime cutover, training for your team, and our launch-date guarantee: we commit to a date and we hit it. Your time: a 45-minute handover.
Care — ongoing
Hosting, security, backups, updates, and monthly content hours under a 24-hour response SLA. Launch is day one, not goodbye. Your time: send an email when you want something changed.
Improvements — ongoing
Small improvements as your business changes — new pages, tweaks, and refinements under your care plan, so the site keeps pace instead of going stale. Your time: tell us when something changes.
